1) How to fix "Error loading MIDAS.DLL" problem?
The MIDAS.DLL file in your system has bugs and causes the problem. Please download the patch and install it.

2) What is my DNS server IP?
If you do not know your DNS server address, please contact your ISP.

3) Can I continue a process which I stopped?
Of course. You can start a process by choosing "Unsent Only" to send the emails have not been sent when you stopped it.

4) How to send emails in HTML format?
You can set the project properties to support HTML format. The program is able to load HTML files on local drivers. You can make an HTML file with any web page design tools.

5) How long will it take to stop a process?
The more threads you built, the longer it might takes. But it will stop within 5 minutes in most situation.

6) Is that the more threads are launched, the faster it runs?
Yes, the ultima limitation is your PC performance and your bandwidth if you have enough SMTP servers and DNS servers to use.
